

CHALAKUDY, THRISSUR – In a significant move toward transparency and community empowerment, the Chalakudy Forest Division has released its comprehensive annual report detailing the various welfare and developmental activities organised for tribal communities throughout 2025.
The report, spearheaded by the Chalakudy Forest Development Agency (FDA), outlines the impact of Participatory Forest Management (PFM) and the strides made in improving the livelihoods of indigenous groups—primarily the Kadar and Malayan communities—residing within the division.
